Kathleen Turner stars as Peggy Sue, who goes to her 25th high school reunion and instead ends up transported back to high school. Turner earned an Oscar nomination for her performance and co-star Nicolas Cage earned a few raised eyebrows by basing his character's voice on Pokey from The Gumby Show.
A charming fable starring Owen Wilson and Marion Cotillard and one of last year's Best Picture nominees. While not on par with the best films from Woody Allen's career, Midnight In Paris is unquestionably a high point of the last two decades of his career.
Terry Gilliam is one of the most cursed directors of all time, but he'll never be accused of lacking in imagination. His time travel thriller 12 Monkeys is one of his best films and features great turns from Bruce Willis and Brad Pitt.
The film that launched a franchise, inspiring one really good sequel, two not that good sequels, and a TV series that certainly had its moments. This slick, violent film looks like a "B movie," but it's an A plus effort.
Hands down, best time travel movie ever. Nothing beats Marty McFly!
