Awards Watch: Toronto and Austin

Critics out of Toronto and Austin announced their picks today. Both groups diverged from most of the other critics groups in a couple of categories, most notably Best Actor, for Toronto, and Best Supporting Actress for Austin. In the Best Actress race, Ellen Page is picking up steam and giving Julie Christie a run for her money.

Best Documentary Feature: No End In Sight

Best Picture: There Will Be Blood
Best Director: P.T. Anderson (There Will Be Blood)
Best Actor: Daniel Day-Lewis (There Will Be Blood)
Best Actress: Ellen Page (Juno)
Best Supporting Actress: Allison Janney (Juno)
Best Supporting Actor: Javier Bardem (No Country For Old Men)
Best Original Screenplay: Juno
Best Adapted Screenplay: No Country For Old Men
Best Animated Feature: Ratatouille
Best Foreign Language Film: Black Book
Best Documentary Feature: King of Kong
