However, I've read the first book in the Millenium series so, I'm sure Lisbeth Salander has her place in a top five list of women who kick ass.

On another note, here are my choices with no order of preference:

1. Shu Lien (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon).
2. Cameron Phillips (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles).
3. The Bride (Kill Bill).
4. I once wrote an article on the top 10 kick-ass action females in cinema and thoroughly enjoyed it - because it made me go and watch all the films again.

So I love your choices... although I haven't seen Dragon Tattoo and I'm wondering if the character will have the same subtleties she had in the book.

Still... my kick-ass females of note would include... ALL the female cast in 'The Descent', Linda Hamilton in 'Terminator', Sigourney Weaver in 'Alien', Lola in 'Run Lola Run', and Michelle Yeoh in 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'.

Like you, I'm looking forward to 'Salt'...Madgestichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05186557494950844112noreply@blogger.com
